The “Cybercrimes and Computer Misuse Act, 2026” outlines the legal framework governing cybercrimes and the misuse of computer systems within the Republic of South Sudan. It comprises various chapters detailing the obligations of service providers, international cooperation on cybercrime matters, establishment and powers of the National Cybercrime Prosecution Unit, the designation and management of critical national infrastructure, offenses and penalties related to cyber activities, and general provisions for cooperation and regulations.
