Chief Editor

Responsible for overseeing the entire editorial vision, ensuring alignment with the mission of fact-checking and solutions journalism. The Chief Editor also manages the team, sets deadlines, and maintains quality standards.

Managing Editor

This role focuses on the day-to-day operations of the editorial team. The Managing Editor coordinates workflows, manages schedules, and ensures that projects are on track. They serve as a key liaison between the Editor-in-Chief and the rest of the team.

Digital Editor (Social Media Manager)

Responsible for managing the online presence of The ClarityDesk, including social media strategy, website content, and audience engagement. This role is for promoting articles and interacting with readers.

Editorial Assistant

The Editorial Assistant will support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, research assistance, and general coordination of editorial processes. This role helps the team focus more on content creation.

Fact-checker

This role involves verifying facts in articles and ensuring the accuracy of information before publication. The Fact-Checker will collaborate closely with writers and researchers to maintain integrity in reporting.

Solutions Journalist

This journalist will focus on identifying and reporting on effective solutions to social issues. They will investigate various case studies and highlight successful interventions, ensuring that the content is both engaging and informative.

Data Journalist (Data Analyst)

This role will specialize in analyzing data sets and presenting findings in a clear, compelling manner. The Data Journalist will collaborate with both fact-checkers and solutions journalists to provide a strong evidence base for stories.

Visual Storyteller (Graphics Designer)

This person will create visual content to complement articles, such as infographics, charts, and illustrations.
