MTN South Sudan Press Release – Solar Power Initiative

MTN South Sudan has launched a solar hybrid energy initiative aimed at modernizing its infrastructure and enhancing connectivity throughout the country. This program is part of MTN’s long-term strategy to provide reliable service and expand digital access to communities, particularly those without grid power. In partnership with Communication & Renewable Energy Infrastructure and financed by Finnfund, over 500 network sites have been transitioned to solar energy, improving service for more than four million customers.
